  • 1 cup curd
  • 4 tbsp gram flour
  • half teaspoon cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon fenugreek seeds
  • 3 cloves
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 4-5 curry leaves
  • 1 whole red chili
  • 2 finely chopped green chilies
  • 5-6 tsp finely chopped garlic
  • one teaspoon dry garlic
  • half teaspoon ginger
  • a quarter teaspoon sugar
  • a quarter teaspoon asafoetida
  • 1 tsp desi ghee
  • Half cup finely chopped coriander

How to make Garlic Curry

To make garlic curry, first grind garlic, ginger, green chilies and green coriander in the mixie. Now take curd in a vessel and make a paste by mixing gram flour in it. Add garlic-ginger and chilli paste to it and mix well.
